What is considered a hardship?  Do you have one?

There can be many situations that can cause a hardship for a homeowner and at times, it may be more than one.  Due to circumstances or combination of circumstances, it can make it very difficult to make your mortgage payments.

*Injury that makes you unable to work

*Layoff, furlough or other loss of income

*A natural disaster

*The death of family member.

*Divorce/Separation

*Military deployment

*Extreme change in terms of adjustable-rate loan(s)

*Business failure

You need to know there are answers.  Don’t wait until it is too late.  If you have equity built up in your home, you do not want to lose it!
